At the time of purchase, you select your preferred report language — Chinese or English. This selection forms part of your order record.

send your invoice or receipt where applicable;

If you purchase a report, payment is processed by Stripe, currently via PayNow.
When you complete payment via PayNow, the Service displays a PayNow QR code generated by Stripe for you to scan and complete payment through your banking application. Your banking credentials are processed by your bank and by Stripe, and are not collected or stored by Jixiang Lab.
Stripe may also collect additional information required to complete and verify the transaction, such as your email address and payment confirmation details.
Jixiang Lab does not collect or store your full payment card number, expiry date or security code (CVV). Should additional payment methods be introduced in future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
To administer the Service, we may also collect and generate operational information relating to your order, including:

Report language selected (Chinese or English);
