These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ziwei.jixianglab.com (the "Service"), operated under the name "Jixiang Lab" ("we", "our" or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, including by purchasing a Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗数) report, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service generates personalised Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗数) destiny reports based on birth information you provide, using AI-assisted analysis.
The Service is provided for informational, reflective and entertainment purposes only. Zi Wei Dou Shu reports are a traditional cultural framework for self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological or career advice.
The Service does not claim to predict the future with certainty.
You should not rely on any report generated through the Service as the sole basis for any significant personal, financial, medical, legal or other decision.
We do not guarantee, warrant or represent that any Zi Wei Dou Shu report will be accurate, complete, or predictive of any future event, outcome, or personal circumstance.
Zi Wei Dou Shu analysis is inherently interpretive. Different practitioners, tools, and methodologies may produce different readings from the same birth information. Jixiang Lab makes no claim that the interpretations generated by the Service reflect any objective or verifiable truth about you or your life.
You acknowledge that any actions you take based on a report generated through the Service are taken entirely at your own discretion and risk.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating report content based on the information you provide.
Although prompts, templates and validation measures are used, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions or interpretations that differ from those of human practitioners.
You acknowledge that the generated report should be read as an interpretive output rather than an objective statement of fact.
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Reports are provided on a paid, per-order basis. Pricing is displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed on the Service are in the stated currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
At the time of purchase, you will select your preferred report language — Chinese or English. Only the language selected at the time of purchase will be generated and delivered; report language cannot be changed after payment is completed.
Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, currently via PayNow. We do not collect or store your full payment card number, expiry date, or security code (CVV), and do not collect your banking credentials, which are processed by your bank and by Stripe. Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy documentation.
You are responsible for ensuring that the birth information (date of birth, time of birth, gender, and place of birth) you submit is accurate, and that the email address you provide during checkout is correct, since your report is delivered to that address. Jixiang Lab is not responsible for reports generated using incorrect or incomplete information you have provided, or for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.
Reports are generated after successful payment confirmation and delivered to you by email, typically within a few minutes. As reports are generated and delivered digitally following successful payment, all sales are generally final once a report has been successfully generated and delivered to you.
Where a report fails to generate or fails to be delivered due to a technical error on our part, and the issue is not resolved through re-delivery, you may request a refund by contacting us at the email address below. Any refund granted shall be at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law.
We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with the content or interpretation of a report that has been successfully generated and delivered, given the inherently interpretive nature of Zi Wei Dou Shu analysis described in Section 2.
The Service, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and the structure and presentation of generated reports (but excluding the personal birth information you submit), is the property of Jixiang Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Upon successful payment and delivery, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and retain your generated report for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative commercial products from any report or Service content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jixiang Lab, its operators, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jixiang Lab from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Service relies on the following third-party service providers to operate:
a third-party AI service provider, for AI-assisted generation of report content;
Stripe, for payment processing; and
other third-party service providers assisting with cloud hosting and transactional email delivery.
Your use of the Service in connection with these providers is also subject to their respective terms of service. Jixiang Lab is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service interruptions of these third-party providers.
We may suspend, modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.
You agree not to:
interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or abuse the Service; or
use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable laws, or our business practices. The latest version will always be available on:

Any revised Terms become effective from the Effective Date stated at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
